Knouf Christmas Letter 2019
Knouf
Christmas Letter 2019
For those
reading this letter, our prayer is that you find yourself in the center of
God’s will. That may mean you need to first accept Him as your personal
Saviour, it may mean that you need to come back to him, but it only takes one
step and that is towards Him. He has open arms waiting for you.
With that
said, our family by the grace of God has been endeavoring to serve the Lord
this year. We have met some obstacles that have caused heartache, and pain but
we have also experienced amazing mountain tops full of showers of Blessings.
Most of you follow us on social media so I know you have seen the blessings
that have come our way.
With life,
we work so hard year by year to please our flesh and we live each year as if
this is the only life we are going to live. One thing that has pressed upon our
heart more and more as the years fly by, is that we have another life we are
going to get to live. In that life, it is Eternal (No End), in this life we
prepare for the next life. Have you ever thought that the treasures we lay up
for that Eternal life may be our eternal savings account? I don’t want to
live bankrupt for eternity.
I know that
when Jon and I began our life together, over 28 years ago, we had no idea that
we would be blessed with 10 children. This year, Haden accepted Jesus as his
Saviour which meant all 10 of our children are now on their way to heaven with
us. They are the only earthly possession we can take with us when we enter our
Eternal home. What an amazing Blessing!
Yes, this
life has sickness, heartaches, sorrows, pain, it also has happiness, love, joy,
peace, and fun. We can all reflect on our year and have probably experienced in
some form, all these this year. Our biggest question for our friends and loved ones
is “what are you laying up for the next life?” I know this seems like an
odd Christmas letter and we could go through each of our children and give you
an update but in reality, only what’s done for Christ will last, all other
accomplishments are just wood, hay, and stubble. So, the biggest update, and
most important we can give is that all 12 of the Jon Knouf Family are now on
our way to Heaven, endeavoring to live this life laying up treasures for our
eternal dividends. We pray this letter finds you endeavoring for the same. We
Love you and wish you a Merry Christmas and a Joyful New Year to Serve The
Lord.
With Love,
Jon, Pam,
Mackenzie, Justina, Nolan, Hailey, Noah, Levi, Logan, Mia, Haden, and Pami
