This is Our Home on Wheels

This is our Home, it is a 32ft. trailer with a slide out. We have bunks in the back, and a Queen bedroom up front. Our Excursion has a rear facing seat in the back, so it is an 11 passenger vehicle. Life is such an adventure, and now more than ever!

Knouf Family Christmas Newsletter November 22, 2017 God has been so good to our family! It has been a long time! Traditionally, I use to write a Christmas letter, however I have failed to do so for a few years now. Part of the reason has been the change of how social media seems to keep us all connected more than ever. Truthfully the main reason has been that I have been too busy to even take time to write such a letter. Rewind back to 2014, Jon and I were going through a time of soul searching with our finances. As many of you know,  we have always had a strong belief that staying home with the children was where I should be. Pami was getting older and having children that could now help with her care it was decided that I needed to help with the financial support of maintaining a family of our size. We began to seek the Lord for guidance in this decision, ironically while I began working with my parents at creating a cleaning business of our own, we would listen to Dav...

Just Because she is so CUTE! I did not know how to title this Post, it was one of those days that you really never dream of having when you dream about growing up and getting married and having children. Now the day before was one of those dreamy days, You know you all get up and get ready to go see family and have a bar-b-Q and all the kids have a great time playing with their cousins, and as you sit around chit chatting your cousin tells you about this awful food poison that they had a couple days ago, and in your mind you are thinking, “I hope it was really food Poisoning and not the flu, cuz I really don’t want to deal with any kids getting sick” But you shake it off and enjoy the sweet fellowship with your family, especially since you may not see them again for about 10 mos.! Well we all went home and every things seemed fine and dandy UNTIL Sunday Morning as we were all, almost ready to go to church, I discover that Noah has a High Fever, and Logan says his tummy hurts, so I tell...

MIA JOY KNOUF 1 year old

Image
Our Precious “Joy Girl” One Year ago, we had the privilege and honor to welcome yet another of God’s special blessings into our lives and home. Mia Joy Knouf has been such a “Joy” to our family and it has been so much fun seeing all the changes she has gone through this past year. It is hard to believe that I had such a hard time nursing her and now would you believe that is about all she wants, no pacifier or bottle! (that is kind of rough on Mom) We were also concerned about her weight and now we are calling her “chubby” ;0) God is so good! It is amazing how much a child learns in the first year of life, she is right on the verge of walking, she has taken a couple steps, She stands up in the middle of the floor while holding her baby doll but seems to be content with that. Speaking of Baby Dolls she is ALL girl, She loves them! But then she also likes to wrestle with Logan and Levi and they love it too! Of course all her brothers and sisters love playing with her, they are so amazed ...
