No Cell Phone or internet service, No WAY!

Well hello again, we had an interesting couple of weeks. We actually had to survive for nearly a week with no cell service and no Internet. It was kind of nice for a couple of days but then it was irritating. We stayed at a camp for a couple of nights it was out close to Sun Valley, Id. We sure did see some beautiful country. The kids had a great time hiking and roasting hot dogs and marshmallows on the fire.

Jon's back was out for about three weeks, he seems to be getting better but you could still pray for him. It is hard when he is down, He is our sole driver and the P.A. is heavy, I know cuz Mackenzie, Nolan and I had to set it up one Sunday when he was really hurting!
We were going to head over to Yellowstone but after weighing out our options we decided that 10 hrs of driving would be easy if it meant getting to spend some time with family. So we are right now in Washington state, we had a free Sunday. We will be here until Thursday and then we head down to Nampa, ID and then we head to Park City, UT. and then we head home!!!
We spent a day in Seattle with my Parents, Grandpa paid for us to take a Duck tour, that was fun. We will be singing this Sunday at Calvary Baptist Church of Roy, WA.
We also spent some time with Jon's family up in Kirkland, His mom and sisters, we had a good time with them. They know how to keep the kids busy. :-)

Today we are going to get together with our good friends The Sundquist they have Seven Children also, so it is always a full house! :-)
We miss you all!!


Hailey found her town in Hailey, ID ! Boy was she excited!

MIA JOY KNOUF 1 year old

Our Precious “Joy Girl” One Year ago, we had the privilege and honor to welcome yet another of God’s special blessings into our lives and home. Mia Joy Knouf has been such a “Joy” to our family and it has been so much fun seeing all the changes she has gone through this past year. It is hard to believe that I had such a hard time nursing her and now would you believe that is about all she wants, no pacifier or bottle! (that is kind of rough on Mom) We were also concerned about her weight and now we are calling her “chubby” ;0) God is so good! It is amazing how much a child learns in the first year of life, she is right on the verge of walking, she has taken a couple steps, She stands up in the middle of the floor while holding her baby doll but seems to be content with that. Speaking of Baby Dolls she is ALL girl, She loves them! But then she also likes to wrestle with Logan and Levi and they love it too! Knouf Family Christmas Newsletter November 22, 2017 God has been so good to our family! It has been a long time! Traditionally, I use to write a Christmas letter, however I have failed to do so for a few years now. Part of the reason has been the change of how social media seems to keep us all connected more than ever. Truthfully the main reason has been that I have been too busy to even take time to write such a letter. Rewind back to 2014, Jon and I were going through a time of soul searching with our finances.
