No AC in the desert!
Hello, Life has been a little out of whack lately, it sure seems like time fly's! Let me start off updating you on any new news. First of all, Jon and I had our 16Th wedding anniversary, I remembered the day before it came and Jon well, he remembered when I gave him an anniversary card, normally he probably would have been in big trouble but I knew I almost forgot so we both had a good laugh about it!
We had two meetings since we left WA. One was in Park City UT we thought it would be nice and cool since it is in the mountains but it wasn't and it was there that we discovered that we had no AC working on our RV. To make a LONG story short, we have been vagabonds since it is too hot to stay in the RV, Matt and Sileena put up with us for almost a week and we are hoping that tomorrow we will get the units put on. We picked the perfect time to bug Matt and Sileena since their house closed while we were staying with them and so they are busy packing etc... trying to move.
I also found out that My blood sugars are worse with this pregnancy so they will probably be putting me on insulin. I guess stress can make it worse, I wonder am I stressed? Actually I feel like I am handling all this better than usual. We had to post pone recording a new CD, that was one stress that I did not need right now!
I have been accused of not putting enough info on here about the kids so I am going to ask a few of them how things are going so you know how they are doing.
Mackenzie, says that she is so happy to be back in CA. and getting to see all her friends again. I am planning a 50's theme birthday party and I can't wait for that. We are waiting in our RV right now to get our ac fixed and it is boiling hot! I have been enjoying going to different pastor's meetings and meeting new people. Here is some advise, always look on the sunny side of life, it helps.
Justina, says Hey Justina here, I love being back in sunny ca I hate to wear winter clothes and I love the warm beautiful weather. It is cool seeing other families in churches we have been in but the coolest is being back in our church and seeing our friends. It was so cool to get to see my aunt sileena and uncle Matt and my little cousins and getting to stay with them. Mackenzie and I are starting to connect, we both like to shop, do our hair and make up you know GIRL stuff. My brother's well that is another story. WE got to go to Disneyland and my friends came down one day and we had a blast screaming on almost every ride.
Logan,
Right now he is so vocal, He is learning to really carry on a conversation. He had his mind made up about what we were going to do at Disneyland, he is at such a fun but also trying stage. He also loves to wear the same clothes that Levi wears.
Levi,
He is learning about things that can happen in life and has had to deal with being scared of things. Thanks to his big brother Noah telling him things. He tells everyone that we are the family singers. he also loves annoying Mackenzie!
Noah,
Is growing so fast I put a suit on him not noticing how small it was on him until he sat down and his pants went all the way up past his ankles, Jon thought that he had Levis suit on. He is learning to be a little more mature also, he does know what he wants in a wife and he doesn't mind letting his sisters know, but he doesn't admit to liking anyone right now.
Hailey says, I love to sing as a family and I love going to Disneyland and Praise the Lord that we are having a baby girl. I have a bunch of friends all over the world now that we are singing. I had fun staying with my cousins and I want you all to know that I am a tom boy, but not really.
Nolan, says I like going to Disneyland, I like swimming, I like meeting new friends. I like going to the dollar store, and I like a girl in Washington.
I bought the little kids a pool that we could fold up and take with us, I couldn't believe how excited they were, I was nominated the Mother of the year and given all sorts of praise until I told them it was time to get out. It is funny how excited they got but then I thought about it and I had not ever bought a pool like that for Levi or Logan, I guess they had no Idea that such a thing existed.
